Names in the forum
Questions in the Peer-Learning Forum are composite examples drawn from mentoring practice rather than a record of one identifiable person, and the names on them are pseudonyms. Replies signed Mentoring team or Project team come from the project partners. Anyone writing in chooses their own name, and we ask that nobody uses someone else's.
Server logs and email
The web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for the purpose of operating and securing the site. If you write to the coordinator by email, that correspondence is handled by Mentorung under its own retention practice.
The e-learning platform linked from this site is a separate system with its own accounts and its own privacy terms. This notice does not cover it.
