Why there is no contact form
A contact form would collect a name and an email address. That starts personal data processing and brings with it a privacy notice, a named data controller and a deletion procedure, all for messages that can just as easily be sent by email.
Publishing the coordinator's address instead means you write from your own email program, and nothing you send passes through this site.
