E-Learning Platform

Structured training for guidance staff who mentor migrant women, built from survey work, focus groups and the Poland workshop.

What is on the platform

The platform carries the training side of the project: interactive modules, case studies and worked practice for mentors moving their work online. It covers digital mentorship technique, communication across languages and cultures, and the data protection duties that come with holding sensitive conversations on a screen.

It was built as a lasting resource rather than a course that runs once. Organisations supporting migrant women can put new staff through it without the partnership needing to convene again.

Getting access

The platform is a separate system from this site and it requires an account. Register on the platform itself; if you have trouble getting in, the project coordinator can help.
